Kaliyattam Every Year Thulam 17-20
Temple lore has it that the Goddess arrived here via the Uthinoor Kovilakam from Aayitti Kavu. Another legend suggests that the Goddess came by a wooden ship accompanied by her priest. The Ara or temple is on the Aayitti road at Pekkadam near the Kannur Trikaripur Railway Station. There is Vellattam performance during the festival.
