അങ്ങനെ കുട്ടി ഹോമകുണ്ഡം കൂട്ടി അഗ്നിഭഗവാനെ ധ്യനിച്ചു. പ്രത്യക്ഷപ്പെട്ട അഗ്നിഭഗവാനോട് ഈകുട്ടി പറഞ്ഞു തനിക്കും അഗ്നിയിൽ ലയിക്കണമെന്ന്. അഗ്നിഭഗവാൻ മലയോളം ഉധയകൂലതിൽ ആഗ്നികൂട്ടി കുട്ടിയുടെ കൈകാലുകൾ വെള്ളിച്ചങ്ങലകൊണ്ടും പൊൻന്നിൻ ചങ്ങലകൊണ്ടും ബന്ദിച്ചു അസ്തകൂലത്തിൽ കെട്ടിയിട്ടു
ശേഷം ഭഗവാൻ കുട്ടിയോട് പറഞ്ഞു :—
അഗ്നിയിൽ ലയിക്കേണ്ട കുഞ്ഞല്ലെ.. അതാ അങ്ങ് ഉധയകൂലതിൽ ആഗ്നി ജ്വലിക്കുന്നു . പോയി ലയിച്ചോളൂ…
ഇതുകേട്ടപാടെ കുട്ടിയുടെ കൈകാൽ സ്വതന്ധ്രമായി
ഒന്ന് കണ്ണടച്ച് തുറക്കും മുന്നേ കുട്ടി ഉധയകൂലതിൽ കൂട്ടിയ മലയോളം പൊക്കമുള്ള അഗ്നിയിൽ ലയിച്ചു..
അഗ്നിഭഗവാൻ നോക്കുമ്പോൾ കണ്ട കാഴ്ച അതീവ മനോഹരവും ഞെട്ട്ട്ടി ക്കുന്നതുമായിരുന്ന്നു
ആ കുഞ്ഞ് ജ്ഞാനം കൊണ്ടും പ്രായംകൊണ്ടും തപസ്സ്സുകൊണ്ടും വൃദ്ധനായി തോന്നി
കയ്യിൽ കേളിപാത്രവും , പൊന്നിൻ ചൂരക്കോലും ,പൊന്നിൻപൂനൂൂലും ഒക്കെ ധരിച് നെറ്റിയിൽ പോന്നിന്പട്ടം ധരിച്ച ഒരു ഉഗ്രമൂർത്തി…
തലയിൽ ജടയും കഴുത്തിൽ അഗ്നിവലയവും മേനിയിൽ പൂക്കളും ഇരിക്കിന്പൂക്കലാൽ അലങ്കരിച്ച മുടിയും ധരിച്ച മനോഹരരൂപം ….
ഇതുകണ്ടാപാടെ മുക്കോടി ദേവന്മാരും പുഷ്പം വാരിചോരിഞ്ഞു …
അഗ്നിഭഗവാൻ അരിയെരിഞ്ഞ് അനുഗ്രഹിച് ഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് അയച്ചു …
കെട്ടി ഇറങ്ങിയാൽ പിന്നെ വളരെ അധികം സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞേ മുടി അഴികൂ..യാത്രയാണ്‌ പ്രധാനം ..പുരുഷഗണത്തിൽ ഉള്ള തെയ്യങ്ങളിൽ പ്രാധാന്യവും ശക്തനുമായ ഒരു തെയ്യമാണെന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞു കേൾകുന്നത്‌… കാഴ്ച്ചയിൽ വൃദ്ധനായ ഒരു തെയ്യമാണ്‌ ,പക്ഷെ ചെറിയ കുട്ടി ആണ്.
മുടിക്ക് പ്രത്യേകത ഉണ്ട്. മുടി വെക്കുന്നതിനു മുന്നേ മേലേരി ഉണ്ട് .പൊയ്കണ്ണും ഉണ്ട്. ശിവാംശ സംഭൂതനാണ് ഈ ദേവൻ, വൈഷ്ണവ തേജസ്സും ഉണ്ട്
തിരുമുടി നിലത്തു തട്ടുംവിധം വണങ്ങുകയുംച്ചെയും തെയ്യം.. പുലർച്ചെ 5 മണിയോടെ പുറപ്പെടുന്ന ഈ തെയ്യം മുടി അഴികുമ്പോൾ ഏകദേശം അടുത്ത നാൾ നേരം പുലരും..

A father and mother remembered Lord Agni for the birth of a son.
He lit a fire and smoked ghee and Ashtagandha and performed Agnihoma and prayed with a deep heart. Finally, the blessing of Agni Bhagavan blossomed in them and the mother gave birth. A golden boy with a body and beauty shining like sputum in fire. Time passed without Allalum Alattum. This child was about 14 years old. Then this child realized that it was gifted by Lord Agni Bhagwan. After that this boy became very attached to Lord Agni and wanted to do Agnihom.
So the boy gathered a homakunda and meditated on Lord Agni. The boy told Agni Bhagavan who appeared that he too wanted to merge with Agni. Lord Agni lit a fire in Udhayakula as far as the mountain and bound the child's limbs with silver chains and gold chains and tied them to Astakulam.
Then the Lord said to the child:—
You are not a child who should be merged in the fire. Go join in…
Hearing this, the child's hands and feet went limp
Before closing his eyes and opening them, the boy was absorbed in the fire as tall as a mountain in Udayakula.
When Lord Agni looked, the sight he saw was very beautiful and shocking
The child seemed old with wisdom, age and penance
A ferocious figure with a Kelipatra, a golden cane, and a golden poonoool in his hand and wearing a golden crown on his forehead...
A beautiful figure wearing a braid on the head, a circle of fire around the neck, flowers in the mane and hair decorated with flowers.
On seeing this, three crore gods also showered flowers...
Lord Agni blessed and sent to the earth...
