കണ്ണപുരം മൊട്ടമ്മലിനടുത്ത് പെരുന്തോട്ടം നീലിയാര്‍ കോട്ടത്തില്‍ കെട്ടിയാടുന്ന ഒരു തെയ്യമാണ്‌ കുട്ടി തെയ്യം. വേണ്ടത്ര ചമയങ്ങളോ ആടയാഭരണങ്ങളോ ഇല്ലാതെ രംഗത്ത് വരുന്ന ഒരു തെയ്യമാണിത്. ഈ തെയ്യം ഏകദേശം ഒരു മണിക്കൂറിനടുത്തോളം തന്റെ ശരീരം കാലു കൊണ്ട് വട്ടം കറക്കുന്നത് കാരണമാണ് ഈ പേര് ലഭിക്കാനിടയായത്‌. ഈ സമയത്ത് ചെണ്ടമേളം അതിന്റെ പാരമ്യതയില്‍ ആയിരിക്കും. കണ്ണിനു വിസ്മയവും കുളിര്‍മ്മയും നല്‍കുന്ന ഈ അപൂര്‍വ ദൃശ്യം കാണേണ്ടത് തന്നെയാണ്.
